Booking
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or through social media. A valid phone number and email address are required to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25$ of charge.
No-Show
Missed appointments without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so we can stay on schedule.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable once completed. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss how to best assist you.
Health & Safety
Please let us know about any allergies, medications, skin conditions, or changes in your health before your treatment. Your safety and comfort are always our priority.
